Richland, Oregon · Est. 2008
Full-hookup RV sites on the edge of the high desert. No crowds, no noise — just the kind of quiet that makes you forget the world exists.
About Us
Eagle Valley RV Park sits along Oregon Route 86, where the high desert opens up into rolling sagebrush and distant mountain ranges. We're not a stopover — we're a destination.
Whether you're passing through on a cross-country run or settling in for a week of fossil-bed hiking and river floats, our sites give you everything you need: full hookups, clean restrooms, and the kind of silence that only comes miles from the nearest streetlight.

What We Offer
We keep the amenities practical and the atmosphere peaceful. No pool, no arcade — just clean facilities and the kind of quiet that lets you actually unwind.
Water, 30/50-amp electric, and sewer at every site. No sharing — your rig plugs in and you're set.
Individually cleaned showers and restrooms, maintained daily. Hot water guaranteed.
Basic Wi-Fi in the clubhouse area. Good for emails and checking trail conditions — not for streaming.
Free dump station on-site. Fresh fill and grey water ready whenever you need it.
Open all 12 months. Summers are warm, winters are crisp — both are beautiful from your site.
Leashed pets welcome. Plenty of open space for them to stretch out — and you don't have to worry.
Explore Nearby
Millions of years of history carved into stone. The Painted Hills are a 40-minute drive — one of Oregon's most breathtaking geological wonders.
Float, fish, or just sit by the water. The river runs right through town and offers some of the best blue ribbon trout fishing in the state.
Dozens of hiking and biking trails start within minutes of the park. Sagebrush, wildflowers in spring, and skies so wide they make you feel small.
"We've stayed at RV parks from coast to coast. Eagle Valley is the one we keep coming back to. Nothing fancy — just clean, quiet, and exactly what you need."
